 Just back from our fabulous holiday in Orlando, and I just wanted to let you know that we loved your villa. We all said 'wow' when we first went in - it was stunning. My four year old granddaughter adored the pool - even more than the theme parks - and I loved the hot tub. I was relaxing in it one day, watching the turtles in the lake, when a six foot alligator swam past! It was absolutely
amazing.

We had one slight problem when Stu emptied the small change from his pocket onto the breakfast bar,then put down his camera bag which tiddlywinked one of the small coins straight into the waste disposal! We called the management team and they came out straight away and fixed it, and obviously we'll cover any costs involved.


It was a sad day yesterday when we had to leave, and when we go back to Florida we know where we'll be staying!

Hi Terry and Carolyn,

Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had in your wonderful villa. From start to finish everything was perfect.

The children loved being back in the princess and cartoon bedrooms and we loved the champagne you left for us. Thank you,it was just what we needed after a long day travelling!

We spent a lot more time in the villa this time as we did Disney to death last year and it was really great to just live in the villa; enjoying the weather, swimming all day and eating outdoors.

In fact we didn't have one meal inside the whole time- breakfast,lunch and dinner all on the terrace.

I think that for us this is one of the best features(apart from the huge pool,the hot tub,
the great views out the back,the privacy of the pool area,the huge master bathroom etc etc) of Jasmine House: the area under cover and in shade is so big and you've got a huge 6 seat table under cover, as well as space for the sun-loungers.

We did venture out a few times and apart from Seaworld (twice) and Kennedy Space Centre we discovered a place called Silver Springs which we thought was lovely (90 mins North) and Central Florida Zoo (near Sandford) was well worth the visit.

I've enclosed a few photos of us having fun in the villa so hopefully they'll come through.

So thank you once again for letting us stay in your wonderful villa and we'll certainly love to go back in the future,

ps your neighbour to the left was really nice and put up with the horrendous noise made by our 4 around the pool especially when there was tears about something and he lent our 2yr old a tricycle to play on. Could you pass on our thanks as we didn't see them before we left?

"We booked this villa for our 2 week Easter holiday. With a family of 5, we needed something big, and this place is huge. In fact we didnt use the lounge or dining room. The villa has everything you could possibly need, including hairdryers, hair straighteners (important when you have 3 women travelling). The location is fabulous backing onto a river and parkland, you are not overlooked and no road noise. You are also no more than a 30 minute drive to all the main attractions. The owners, Terry and Carolyn, were also very helpful when we got stranded here for 2 additional weeks due to the Iceland Volcano. They helped us find additional accomodation at a very good price, so I cant thank them enough. If you are going to Orlando, I would recommend this villa to everyone."

Well, we had a delightful weekend at your beautiful home, although I confess
we did not get to spend a lot of time there. The kids were tireless at both
Disney and Sea World, and by the time we got home it was past their bedtime.

But we had wonderful breakfasts together, and the grownups got to hang out
together after the kids were put to bed. All in all a great trip. Thanks for

Just wanted to send you an email to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for a lovely stay in your wonderful villa. It exceeded all expectations and was a real blessing, especially as 4 days before our visit we had to attend Gareth's Dad's funeral. We weren't even sure we'd make the holiday as his Dad was in hospital for 2 weeks and nobody knew how long he would stay with us. So you can imagine that we weren't exactly in holiday mode. That's why your villa made such a difference. It was perfect.

Thanks also for the lovely welcome message and food (we owe you) and Easter gifts. Wow! So kind of you.

The villa itself was a lovely size and had all we needed, and we loved your decor, especially the lounge suite which we would love to have taken home! And what could be more special than looking out onto alligators, herons and turtles! AND we saw 3 raccoons in one stint of raccoon watching (I, Wendy, sat with my friend in the dining room watching for them! Passers-by must have wondered what we were doing!). We could have spent every day relaxing around the pool but we did manage to keep the children happy by doing the usual visits. Our 15 year old son is now a hardened roller coaster fan. He managed to do Sheikra 3 times on the trot on Easter Sun morning! The pool table also went down well with everyone.

So thanks once again for allowing us into your beautiful home in Westridge - probably the BEST in the whole area! If we ever return to Florida we will certainly look you up again (if you'd have us!).

You’re quite right about the Temperature in the UK compared to what we experienced whist in Florida – we couldn’t get warm when we arrived back home!

Once again can we say how much we enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect and thanks for allowing us the later villa departure, the extra time was appreciated.

There were some delays @ Orlando airport, in particular the Gatwick destinations, however M/cr. was OK and we escaped the dust cloud once again!



We hope to see you again in the future, in the meantime take care.

Hi Terry and Carolyn,
Just back from New York yesterday so this is the first chance I got to drop you a line.

We just want to compliment you on the lovely home you have in Montana Avenue. It was all we wished for. Plenty of sightings of the Alligator. He even came up onto the neighbours lawn one evening just as it said on your advertisement on HomeAway. We thought we would be lucky to see one but to get such a close up view was terrific. The sounds coming from across the lake first thing in the morning were beautiful.
The house itself was well furnished and well equipped. We wanted for nothing during the 17 nights we spent there. The kids were very impressed with the games room. We had to keep telling them that they only came with holiday homes......just in case they put us under pressure when we got home!! The pool area was lovely and we spent many hours relaxing when we had our rest days from the parks and Outlets.
Once again, thank you very much for the use of your home for our holidays. We would have no difficulty in recommending it to anyone.

"Extremely clean and well presented upon arrival. Abundance of towels with a well equipped laundry room. Extremely quiet without being too remote, slept well every night with no noise (apart from the odd cricket or two!). Great opportunity for all those that enjoy aligator watching, we saw them every morning. Completely safe, though, with the caged area around the lovely sunny pool area. Location fantastic, just like Wisteria Lane according to my daughter. Good proximity to all theme parks, Busche Gardens less than an hour away! Would recommend to family and friends."

"The reason we booked this villa was that we needed a private pool. The pool is probably as close to private as you are going to get. Please technically could walk behind the property and see the pool, however it never happened. Overall, the villa is nicely decorated and very pleasant. We booked the villa for our honeymoon and had a really nice time. Plus its a short 25 minute drive to most of the parks."

just a quick note to say thanks for a great holiday based in your vila.

It wasnt a complete holiday in the sun, it rained almost every day, but it didnt dampen our spirits, we really enjoyed ourselves. The villa was briliant - well furnished and equiped. We liked the location - proximity to the the parks and airport was good but far enough to be out of the more commercialized areas. We loved watching the wildlife even the 2 gators, from the relative safety of the inside of the fence, and the kids had a ball in the pool rain or no rain.
Applebees was a big hit.

We just wanted to let you know we just arrived back from our vacation in Florida. I not only wanted to tell you what a fantastic time we had playing with Mickey Mouse in Disneyworld, kicking our heels in the sand on Cocoa beach, Universal,Blizzard beach, Islands of Adventure etc. I also wanted to let you know that your home was absolutely beautiful!!!!!! The pictures on the site are great but it's better in real life. It's not far from any place (except the beach) but far enough out that we didn't have to pay the tourist prices that are around the theme parks. We took advantage of the pool several days and didn't do anything but lay around soaking up the sun which to me was the best part of the vacation.
We really did have a good time and if the home is available next year we will certainly be back!
Thanks again, and i'm sorry for rambling but just so much fun, it's hard to keep it short.

Thanks for a lovely time in Florida, the villa was fantastic amazing to see the alligators most mornings just feet away in the river and on banking, would recommend your villa to any family/friends close to all attractions, your neighbours are really friendly and helpful. My daughter virtually spent every spare minute in the pool and is already missing it. Thanks again hope to visit you again in the future x
